A tour to discover the Royal Palace of Turin.
The first and most important of the Savoy residences in Piedmont, theater of the politics of the Savoy states for at least three centuries. located in the heart of the city nominated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997.
It represents the heart of the Savoy court, a symbol of the power of the dynasty and, together with the other royal residences of the Turin belt.

A journey through the sumptuous interiors of the mastery of the artists who worked over the centuries.
We will visit the Dynastic Apartment on the first floor of the Royal Palace, the Armory, the first floor of the Sabauda Gallery, the Museum of Antiquities (Archeology Sector in Turin) and the Roman Theater and finally the Chapel of the Holy Shroud. The chapel was commissioned by the Duke Carlo Emanuele di Savoia to Carlo di Castellamonte (1611) to preserve the precious relic, kept by the Savoy ducal family from 1453 and transported to Turin in 1578. After the royal palace we will visit the Cathedral where the Holy Shroud is located, not always visible to the public but kept inside a chest in the last chapel of the left aisle, under the Royal Tribune.

Our tour then continues for the most beautiful part. The museum of the Holy Shroud where we can admire a perfect copy exposed to the public.
